Analytical Therapy (Pure Hypnoanalysis) is used uncover the root cause of the problem and this can resolve the symptoms which you are suffering from.
As a member of the IAPH (International Association of Pure Hypnoanalyst) I believe it is the most effective form of hypnotherapy for a wide range of emotional, psychological, stress-related and physical symptoms. Whatever you problem is Analytical Therapy can help you!
It is important to remember that what affects your mind also has an impact on your body, an example of this would be if you were feeling nervous, it is possible that you would start to pace around, sweat and even come break out in a nervous rash. Other symptoms such as IBS and Psoriasis are excellent examples of the affects of stress on the body.
It is likely that bottled up emotions are the root cause of your problem. Bottled up emotions from experience's during our childhood when we did not have the maturaty and experience to cope with problems, these bottled up emotions are still there locked away in our subconcious mind causing us anxiety. This internal anxiety presents itself as a problem such as phobia such as Emetophobia (fear of being sick), or perhaps panic attacks, social anxiety, depression, low self esteem or any type of negative emotion.
These emotions are buried so deeply that on a day to day basis you would have no knowledge of the event, people
never know they exist until this bottled up emotion creates a phobia.
Because your mind has bottled up these intense emotions and experiences, you will have no conscious awareness of either them or the incident that caused it. Your mind can create aphobia - an outward projection for the negative feelings - something that symbolises the original experience. In fact, most phobias are not even related to the actual cause of the emotion, they are only symbolic of it.
If you find that hard to comprehend, most people believe in the theory that if you have a phobia of dogs, then you must have been bitten by a dog. How would you explain, why there are 12 million people in the UK with aphobiaof flying - I'm sure very very few of those have been involved in an aircraft emergency or even crash. Surely it would make more sense if there were more people with a fear of driving in cars - which statistically is much more dangerous. The answer is that with the majority of them, the fear is not with flying, crashing or being blown up, the actual fear is being out of control - which their brain has symbolically projected on to flying.
How else can one explain less common phobias such as fear of a mother-in-law (Pentheraphobia), Phonemophobia (fear of thinking), fear of the colour purple (Porphyrophobia) or even baked beans phobia (Heinzophobia....ok, i made that name up!)
People often try to deal with these uncomfortable feelings by forms of escapism such as smoking, binge drinking or over-eating. Or they may result in avoidance behaviours, such as avoiding the company of others if you have social phobia, or avoiding going out if you have a fear of travelling in confined spaces. The unconscious mind will just keep on trying to get rid of these emotions as it just wants you to be well. Unfortunately, it doesn't work - the only way to remove these emotions is to release them by bringing them into conscious awareness. Once they are gone, they are gone for good and you will have a lasting release from your symptoms.
And if that sounds too good to be true - it really isn't!Hypnoanalysisis an amazing therapy which has transformed many thousands of peoples lives. Of course, you will still have to deal with the problems and stresses of everyday life, but you will be much more able to cope with them without this unconscious anxiety adding to your load.
